Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds:
Customers may request a full refund for their pre-order if the request is made at least 14 days before the event, which is by Saturday, September 20th, 2025. Refund requests made after this date cannot be honored, as we will have already placed our order for fresh lobsters.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products—live and steamed lobsters—we cannot accept returns. All sales are final once orders are picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at lobsterama@vischerferryfire.org immediately upon pickup so we can address any concerns.
